Series: The Phases of International Relations in the Islamic Political System

This is an extended and comprehensive study of the principles/origins of international relations in the political organization brought about by Islam. It was adopted and applied by the founding fathers of Islamic history, and on its principles rest the political finalities of Islam.
This first part of the study will lay out the first phase of international relations, which takes the form of peaceful coexistence with the inhabitants of Medina’s surroundings. It is followed by a phase of balance between the city and the rest of the neighborhoods, the deserts, and the metropoles of the Arabian Peninsula.
