A Delegation from ICGER Visits Paris to Discuss Potential Partnerships and Collaboration
A delegation from ICGER, led by its president, Dr. Mohammed Walid Youssef, visited Paris from December 17 to 21, 2024, at the official invitation of Judge Michèle Guillaume-Hofnung, President of IMGH Formation et Mediation – Paris. The delegation met with several experts in geopolitical and strategic affairs in France.
The delegation included Dr. Youssef’s spouse, Dr. Lida Ajijo, along with ICGER’s international attorney, Professor Marilyn Karam; the head of the center’s translation department, Dr. Hiba Morcos; and administrative assistant, Ms. Faten Fakih.
Over four days, the delegation met with experts and policymakers in France. Discussions focused on avenues for collaboration between ICGER and French entities.
Dr. Youssef briefed French experts on the scientific methodology for political analysis developed by ICGER. He also addressed the impact of geopolitical developments in the Middle East on Europe, emphasizing their far-reaching implications.
Furthermore, Dr. Youssef engaged in discussions with the attending experts on the importance of combating terrorism and extremism in Europe. He highlighted effective and practical scientific approaches to tackling and eradicating these issues at their roots.
