Dr. Youssef Briefs French Judge Michèle Guillaume-Hofnung on his Methodology

On Friday, February 23, 2024, Dr. Mohammad Walid Youssef, President of ICGER, received French judge Michèle Guillaume-Hofnung, President of the IMGH Mediation in Paris and member of France’s National High Committee for Mediation and Conflict Resolution at the Ministry of Justice. Dr. Marilyn Karam and the department heads and staff from the Center attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Dr. Youssef presented Judge Guillaume with the core principles of his political methodology, which is rooted in mathematical equations and objective physical laws. He explained the concept of the “political space,” detailing how political events move within it and how their coordinates can be mapped and analyzed.
Dr. Youssef gave an in-depth presentation to those in attendance, writing out the political equations that govern this space and displaying graphs designed to predict political events, enabling actors to anticipate and potentially control outcomes.
Judge Guillaume expressed her admiration for Dr. Youssef’s approach, describing it as “rare” and calling the project “a major initiative that could transform the political world.” She also stated that she would report her findings to the relevant authorities in France.
